Order Processing and Confirmation

At FROSTBUDDY, every order placed on our website is subject to final confirmation. This means your order depends on product availability and validation of the order price.

We reserve the right to decline, restrict, cancel, or delay any transaction due to pricing issues, inventory shortages, payment verification delays, or fraud prevention measures.

Typically, it takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Once processed, estimated delivery times range between 7 and 12 business days. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, you must submit your return request within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and kept in its original condition.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
